Prices and renewal

The price, currency, billing interval and plan are displayed before checkout. Unless clearly sold as a one-time or lifetime purchase, paid plans renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled.

Payment provider

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed provider. You authorise the provider to charge the selected payment method for initial and recurring amounts, including applicable taxes.

Cancellation

Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. The billing portal is available from My Universe where enabled. You may also contact info@storyonyx.com.

Digital content and cooling-off rights

Where you expressly request immediate digital access, the supply may begin before the end of a statutory cancellation period. Your right to cancel may be affected once digital content is supplied, as explained at checkout and required by applicable consumer law. This does not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services.

Refunds

Refund requests are assessed under applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the charge. Except where legally required, unused time or partial billing periods are not automatically refundable. Duplicate or unauthorised charges should be reported promptly.

Failed payments and price changes

Access may be restricted after a failed payment. We will give appropriate notice of material price changes before they apply to a future renewal.
